Closest Windows printer driver for use on XP?

I want to install a new printer on XP but the manufacturer only
provides drivers for Windows 7, 8, 10, 11.

Which one of those drivers has the best chance of working on XP?

Peter:

Can't hurt to try. You might get an error message, warning or get lucky. See if
you can find the manufacture's FTP site. They may have an archive of old stuff.
Maybe try the driver for an older version of the printer.
